Prize, Contest and Giveaway Rules General Giveaway Rules

1. 1. You must be a bride to win.  A bride is someone who is currently not married and is planning to getting married within a reasonable amount of time.
2. 2. Multiple entries (accept as implicitly allowed) shall be cause for disqualification. Upon disqualification (except as stated otherwise herein), furnisher of the prize may at their discretion choose another winner or withdraw the prize.
3. 3. No purchase necessary to win. However, some prizes may be discounts off of services that require purchase to redeem.
4. 4. Except as stated otherwise, winners will be drawn at the Wedding Expo on January 28, 2012 from 12:00pm to 5:00pm. Winning entries for prizes will be displayed at place of entry until 5:00 PM of the same day. If prize is not claimed by 5:00 PM, furnisher of prize may at their sole discretion contact the winner to claim prize, select another winner, or withdraw the prize.
5. 5. Prizes may be subject to restrictions- inquire prize furnisher for any restrictions.
6. 6. Winner is responsible for paying any taxes on prize.
7. 7. Prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable and may not be resold in whole or part.
8. 8. Winners agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Wedding Expo and it's affiliates, WineCountryBride.com, and Cirkl Productions dba of Janowski Inc. from any claim or action arising from these giveaways.

Ellington Hall $20,000 Wedding

How the contest works:

1. Entrants may enter to win in the following ways:
   • Register as a bride or groom at WineCountryBride.com
   • Winner will be chosen at next-day Bridal Fashion Event (at Wine Country Bride). Must be present to win.
   • Winner will be announced on HOT 101.7fm the next day, January 30, at 3pm.

Rules and Regulations

1. Winner is responsible to pay any taxes due in connection with the giveaway.
2. No purchase necessary to win.
3. One entry allowed per couple. Multiple entries shall be grounds for disqualification from this contest.
4. All prizes offered as part of the prize package are subject to restrictions, and must be used in accordance with the terms and restrictions as described in the Wedding Giveaway Winners Packet.
5. Any part of the prize package not used on November 4th, 2012 and in accordance with the restrictions shall be forfeited.
6. Vendors supplying the prizes shall not be obligated to make any substitution for their prize, but may at their discretion negotiate any substitution or upgrades with winner. Winner shall pay for any goods and services ordered beyond their winnings, as well as any applicable sales or use tax, service charge and gratuity.
7. Any missed appointments scheduled with a giveaway vendor (without a minimum 24hr cancelation notification) will subject winner to a service fee of up to $200 per occurrence.
8. The full value of this wedding package is subject to an 18% service charge
9. This prize package is non-refundable, non-transferable and may not be resold in whole or part.
10. Winner must be 18 years of age or older and provide Identification Card, and a valid Tax ID number.
11.  All participating vendors have the right to refuse service at their discretion.
12. All entrants, finalists and winners agree to hold The Wedding Expo harmless and indemnify The Wedding Expo and its affiliates against any claim or action arising from or in connection with this giveaway.

Wine Country Bride

How the Contest Works:

Entrants first must register at Winecountrybride.com, either online prior to the day of The Wedding Expo or on the day of The Wedding Expo. Entrants must also visit the Cake Pull at the Wedding Expo on January 28, 2012 at the Wells Fargo Center.

Present winning Cake Pull tickets at Wine Country Bride to redeem your prize. Not transferable
and winner must be present to claim value of prize. May only be used
toward the purchase of one (1) wedding dress, chosen from one of Wine Country Bride's exclusive collections, or an off-the-rack dress. May not be used toward an existing Wine Country Bride order. Winning ticket will not be replaced if lost, damaged or stolen. May not be
exchanged for cash; no change will be given. Must be used within 1 year
from date of issuance. Wine Country Bride reserves the right to change terms at any
time. Restrictions apply.
